Saturday 4th September

Monmouth Coffee Company will be selling beans, drinks and pastries. The Cafe de Pasto (Colombia) Medium Roast is here but we have very little of it and it is fantastic; sweet sweet plummy fruit. Also worth a try is the Las Lajas (Costa Rica) which is surprisingly chocolatey with lovely caramel and nutty notes and the more classic Finca Los Manantiales (Costa Rica).

Neal’s Yard Dairy will have Lincolnshire Poacher, Colston Bassett Stilton, Kirkham's Lancashire, Berkswell, Innes Brick, Tymsboro, Wigmore, St Tola and Milleens.

Plus: milk, delicious Black Mountain eggs, butter, creme fraiche, yoghurt, goat curd, Parmigiano Reggiano, English quince, Staffordshire oatcakes and St John sourdough loaves, white loaves and baguettes.

Fern Verrow Jane is now round the corner in her own arch at 55 Stanworth Street. She has set up her own website which has some great photos of the farm and lists all the produce she will be selling www.fernverrow.com. Swiss Chard, young red russian kale, onions, courgettes, yellow crookneck and Reine des Glaces lettuces are among the highlights this week. Dominic from The Borough Cheese Co. will be with Jane selling Comte.

The Ham and Cheese Co, The Kernel Brewery and Kappacasein will be open at 1 The Rope Walk just down the railway line from Maltby Street (see the map). They will be selling hams, salumi, cheese and beer brewed in that very arch.

Kitty from La Grotta Ices will be with us for the whole of August so don't forget to bring your cold bags.
